EOTONE CHARACTERISTICS AND FEATURES: When a slightly firmer body is desired or a case requires a little higher level of preservation then Eotone arterial fluid is the answer. As a 27 index fluid Eotone contains buffers and humectants to modify its higher formaldehyde level, resulting in a light pink coloration to the skin.

HOW TO USE THE FLUID: For nomal cases use Eotone at a dilution of 6 to 8 ounces per gallon. To enhance penetration add 2 to 4 ounces per gallon of Water./Clot Guard. As a general rule use 1 gallon of diluted fluid for each 50 pounds of body weight, and inject using the intermittent drainage technique. This assures sufficient moisture content and thorough distribution of the fluid.

For more difficult cases use 10 to 16 ounces of Eotone per gallon or as professional judgment dictates.

SUGGESTED SUPPLEMENTAL FLUIDS: Plasma Flo, Water/Clot Guard, Leak Guard, FreeFlo, Humectant, Tissue Aid, Solvol, Rose Colortone,and/orStop.
